Anchoring Leadership Through Wellness
About
“In your life's blueprint there should be a deep belief in your own dignity, your own worth and your own sombodiness.”
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Developing Healing Architects & Leadership Designers
We encourage individuals to explore complex and multilateral issues using wellness and leadership models that are culturally responsive & historically informed. Unconventional times require dynamic response and leadership. Global crisis, community tensions and political uncertainty are the challenges. We provide equity/strength-based, trauma informed support, motivation and practices to communities. We cultivate outcomes that center reasoning powers; self reliance; personal genius and mutual empowerment.

Developmental Programs
We facilitate a series of culturally and historically responsive seminars and talks designed to promote wellness, leadership and healing in our communities. The goal is to encourage people into becoming healing architects and transformative leaders while honoring their story. We provide quality education content, programs and workshops that help build strong future healing advocates.
Seminars and talks can be customized or centered around these topics:
The Powers Within
Organizing Power, Peace & Pleasure
Work Wellness
Wellness Learning Play
Chess Wellness
Healing Arts
Leadership & Wellness Development

Coach - Speaker - Facilitator
My mission is to be a force of peace; continuously growing in self-awareness and compassion. I process people, energies and the world through a spiritual lens with leadership and wellness as my anchor and oar. I am grounded in love, faith and healing. I have over a decade of experience working in youth spaces through advocacy, community organizing, youth development and curriculum building. Much of my career has focused on facilitating and designing on youth centered topics for many New York City High Schools, Middle Schools and conferences. In addition, I develop wellness learning programming and wellness play curriculum like Chess Wellness for children. My greatest passion is developing work wellness programming and curriculum for individuals and groups. I consider myself to be a Wellness Designer and a Healing Architect. I studied Human Development at Binghamton University; where I am an active alumni on the board of a alumni affinity group and an undergraduate mentor. I practice individual intuitive coaching and other healing arts. As a a Bronx native I am an active leader in the Bronx community and an advocate. Daughter of immigrants; I am a global citizen of excellence. Prayer, yoga and meditation are my cornerstone practices. My purpose is to support myself and others in becoming agents of wellness, leadership and healing in their lives and communities.
